Fact #1 Crime fell more than 25% from 2005 to 2007.
Fact #2 On Tuesday, January 20th the Southeast National Bank was robbed. Within one hour, investigators had the suspect identified; within three hours the description of the vehicle used and the photo taken from a surveillance camera was release to the media; within 24 hours the suspect was in police custody.
